Toilet Bowl Scouring Powder 500 g
An existing 500 g wide-mouth jar route for toilet-bowl scouring-powder development within the current production system. The brief explores a powder format with a selected mineral-abrasive direction for a defined toilet surface and deposit, rather than assuming a generic powder is suitable for every ceramic finish. Particle type, size distribution, abrasivity, cleaning performance, surface appearance after use and rinse residue require testing against the intended substrate and application method. The final composition, dust characteristics, caking behaviour, storage stability, finished classification and destination-market label must also be confirmed. The opaque jar and ribbed screw lid offer a broad wraparound artwork area and conventional powder-filling route. Typical MOQ is 1,000–3,000 units; no new bottle mould is required for this existing production-system pack, subject to component inventory and formula compatibility confirmation. Lid fit, powder containment, transit behaviour and formula-pack compatibility remain project-specific. Do not mix different cleaning products; acidic and sodium-hypochlorite products must never be mixed.
Existing production-system pack
This route uses a pack already within the current production system. No new bottle mould is required; current component quantity and compatibility are confirmed with the brief.
