Private-Mould Toilet Cleaning Paste Stick 80 g

A private-mould concept for an 80 g toilet-cleaning paste stick with an oval single-compartment PP sleeve, conventional rotary base, internal lift platform and deep protective cap. The format explores a solid-paste application route for a defined toilet-bowl surface; it is not a gel stamp or a block intended to remain in the toilet. This customer-exclusive mould route requires component tooling, prototypes, assembly trials, engineering validation and tooling fees, with a typical MOQ of 20,000+ units. The stick format does not establish cleaning performance, scratch resistance, dose control, hygiene or user suitability. Paste hardness, glide, fracture resistance, temperature stability, lift travel, spindle and platform fit, cap retention, residue management and storage after the intended use must be evaluated together. The buyer brief should specify the target surface, application method, composition and classification before selecting the final dimensions and filling process.
