This notice explains how EPHYON handles information submitted through bowlcleanerfactory.com. It applies to business inquiries and does not replace contract-specific terms agreed for an order.
Information we receive
When you send a project brief, we receive the contact, company, market, product and message details you choose to provide. The website also receives ordinary technical request information needed to operate and protect the service.
Why we use it
We use inquiry information to review your request, reply, prepare a possible OEM discussion, protect the form from abuse and maintain a record of the business conversation.
Who may handle it
Relevant EPHYON sales, technical and operating teams may handle the inquiry. Service providers used for hosting and email delivery process limited information on our behalf. We do not sell inquiry information.
International handling
Because EPHYON supports international projects, an inquiry may be handled by team members or service infrastructure in more than one country. We use reasonable access controls and limit handling to the project purpose.
Retention and choices
We keep inquiry records only for as long as reasonably needed for the project, business records, dispute prevention and legal obligations. You may ask us to correct or delete information where applicable.
