Rimless Toilet Bowl Gel 600 g
An existing 600 g directional bottle route for gel development around a specified rimless toilet-bowl design within the current production system. The buyer brief starts with the actual bowl geometry, intended application area and approved use instructions, rather than assuming one gel suits every rimless model. Gel viscosity, run-off, application pattern, rinse behaviour, storage stability and compatibility with the selected ceramic finish require project testing. The rimless designation identifies the intended development brief; it is not a verified coverage or cleaning-performance claim. The existing red HDPE bottle has a white screw closure, shaped grip and broad lower artwork panel. Typical MOQ is 1,000–3,000 units; no new bottle mould is required for this existing production-system pack, subject to component inventory and formula compatibility confirmation. Closure fit, filling behaviour, transport performance and finished classification must be confirmed with the selected formula. Do not combine different cleaning products; acidic and sodium-hypochlorite products must never be mixed.
Existing production-system pack
This route uses a pack already within the current production system. No new bottle mould is required; current component quantity and compatibility are confirmed with the brief.
