Private-Mould Toilet Cleaning Powder Cup 40 g
A private-mould concept for a rigid 40 g toilet-cleaning powder cup with a single-compartment injection-moulded PP body and peelable foil heat-seal lid. The rounded rectangular cup has tapered walls, a flat base, broad front label panel and conventional sealing rim. This customer-exclusive mould route requires separate cup tooling, prototypes, seal-development trials, engineering validation and tooling fees, with a typical MOQ of 20,000+ units. The format explores an individually sealed powder pack; it is not a water-soluble pod, and 40 g is a nominal development fill rather than a validated dose. Rim flatness, sealing process, foil compatibility, peel force, barrier requirements, powder caking, fill accuracy and transit behaviour need evaluation with the selected powder. The final composition, use instructions, finished classification and formula-pack compatibility must be confirmed before pack approval. The buyer brief should define the intended toilet application, opening method and market requirements. The image is illustrative and does not represent stock packaging.
Private-mould concept
This image is an EPHYON design concept, not an existing stock bottle. A new customer-exclusive mould, engineering validation and separate tooling scope are required before production.
