Private-Mould Valve-Nozzle Toilet Gel 750 mL
A realistic customer-exclusive mould concept for a 750 mL toilet-gel pack using a single-compartment blow-moulded HDPE bottle, stable oval base, restrained side grip ribs, short angled neck, broad front label panel and a separate injection-moulded valve-nozzle closure beneath a clear protective overcap. The conventional component architecture is intended for a defined toilet-gel project and ordinary filling-line review; it does not represent stock packaging. Valve-nozzle describes a packaging-development objective only; it is not evidence of drip control, dose delivery, cleaning performance, leak resistance, safety or user suitability. Bottle geometry, resin selection, squeeze force, neck finish, valve material and opening pressure, closure retention, overcap fit, gel rheology, filling-line handling, transport performance, finished classification and formula-pack compatibility require engineering and validation for the final project. Separate bottle and closure tooling, prototypes, line trials, engineering validation and tooling fees are required, with a typical MOQ of 20,000+ units; the image is illustrative and does not represent stock packaging.
Private-mould concept
This image is an EPHYON design concept, not an existing stock bottle. A new customer-exclusive mould, engineering validation and separate tooling scope are required before production.
