Private-Mould Under-Rim Foam Applicator Bottle 500 mL
A realistic customer-exclusive mould concept for a 500 mL under-rim toilet foam applicator using a single-compartment blow-moulded HDPE bottle, short angled neck, separate injection-moulded squeeze-foam head, mesh outlet, clear protective overcap, stable oval base and broad front label panel. The straightforward construction is intended for a defined toilet-bowl foam project and ordinary filling-line review; it does not represent stock packaging. Under-rim foam applicator describes a packaging-development objective only; it is not evidence of foam output, cleaning performance, under-rim coverage, ceramic compatibility, safety, leak resistance or user suitability. Bottle geometry, resin selection, squeeze force, closure retention, mesh design, foam output, overcap fit, nominal fill, filling method, transport performance, finished classification and formula-pack compatibility require engineering and validation for the final project. Separate tooling, prototypes, line trials, engineering validation and tooling fees are required, with a typical MOQ of 20,000+ units; the image is illustrative and does not represent stock packaging.
Private-mould concept
This image is an EPHYON design concept, not an existing stock bottle. A new customer-exclusive mould, engineering validation and separate tooling scope are required before production.
