Private-Mould Toilet Seat & Lid Cleaning Foam 450 mL

A customer-exclusive private-mould concept for toilet seat and lid cleaning foam, focused on broad external surfaces rather than hinge-only detail cleaning. The proposed single-compartment HDPE bottle has a stable flat base, low oval body and broad front label panel; a conventional foam pump and protective cap may be sourced separately. This is an engineering concept, not an existing stock pack. A non-acid foaming surfactant direction with fragrance to be selected is a development brief, not evidence of cleaning performance, safety or compatibility. The final formula and directions must be evaluated with the specified seat polymers, coatings and market requirements. Pump output, foam character, residue, cap fit, filling behaviour, storage stability, finished classification, transport performance and formula-pack compatibility require project testing. Separate bottle tooling, prototypes, pump and cap review, engineering validation and tooling fees are required; typical MOQ is 20,000+ units.
