Private-Mould Toilet Rim Gel Refill Cartridge 180 g

A realistic 180 g customer-exclusive mould concept for toilet-rim gel refill projects that require a dedicated cartridge and holder interface. The compact single-compartment PP cartridge combines a softly curved body, broad front label panel, shallow practical rim-holder interface and a simple snap-on perforated cover, using ordinary injection-moulded parts intended for engineering review. Rim gel refill describes the packaging format only; it is not evidence of dose delivery, adhesion, dissolution, fragrance performance, cleaning performance, shelf life, leak resistance or user suitability. Cartridge geometry, nominal volume, holder engagement, cover retention, filling and sealing method, material selection, transport performance, finished classification and formula-pack compatibility must be engineered and validated for the final project. Separate cartridge, cover and holder tooling, prototypes, line trials, engineering validation and tooling fees are required, with a typical MOQ of 20,000+ units; the image is illustrative and does not represent stock packaging.
