Private-Mould Toilet Gel Refill Bottle 1 L
A realistic 1 L customer-exclusive mould concept for toilet-gel refill projects. The opaque single-chamber HDPE body uses a stable soft-rectangular oval base, short offset pour neck, conventional threaded closure, broad recessed label panel and shallow side grip ribs suited to normal extrusion blow-moulding development. Refill is a packaging and project direction, not proof of concentration, cleaning performance, compatibility or a predetermined dose. Chemistry route, fill and decant method, closure flow, storage and transport conditions, formula-pack compatibility, finished classification, label and use instructions must be validated for the finished project. Separate tooling, engineering validation, prototypes, line trials, tooling fees and a typical MOQ of 20,000+ units are required; the image does not represent stock packaging.
