Private-Mould Toilet Cleaning Cream Applicator 350 g
A realistic customer-exclusive mould concept for a 350 g toilet-cleaning cream pack using a compact single-compartment blow-moulded HDPE squeeze bottle, stable flat base, broad front label panel, restrained side grip ribs, short angled neck and a removable injection-moulded applicator head with short flexible fins beneath a clear protective overcap. The conventional component architecture is intended for a defined toilet-bowl cleaning-cream project and ordinary filling-line review; it does not represent stock packaging. Cream applicator describes a packaging-development objective only; it is not evidence of spreading control, cleaning performance, scratch resistance, ceramic suitability, leak resistance, safety or user suitability. Bottle geometry, resin selection, squeeze force, neck finish, fin material and retention, overcap fit, cream rheology, cleanability, filling-line handling, transport performance, finished classification and formula-pack compatibility require engineering and validation for the final project. Separate bottle and applicator tooling, prototypes, line trials, engineering validation and tooling fees are required, with a typical MOQ of 20,000+ units; the image is illustrative and does not represent stock packaging.
Private-mould concept
This image is an EPHYON design concept, not an existing stock bottle. A new customer-exclusive mould, engineering validation and separate tooling scope are required before production.
