Private-Mould Toilet Cleaner Concentrate Bottle 250 ml

A realistic 250 ml customer-exclusive mould concept for compact toilet-cleaner concentrate projects. The opaque single-chamber HDPE body uses a stable oval-rectangular base, centered conventional threaded neck, broad recessed label panel, shallow side grips and a simple cup-shaped screw closure suited to normal blow-moulding and injection-moulding development. Concentrate is a project direction, not a predetermined strength, dose or performance claim. Chemistry route, market instructions, dosing method, cap geometry, fill behaviour, storage stability and formula-pack compatibility must be validated for the finished project. Separate tooling, engineering validation, prototypes, line trials, tooling fees and a typical MOQ of 20,000+ units are required; the image does not represent stock packaging.

Private-mould concept

This image is an EPHYON design concept, not an existing stock bottle. A new customer-exclusive mould, engineering validation and separate tooling scope are required before production.
