Private-Mould Tamper-Evident Toilet Gel Bottle 750 ml
A realistic 750 ml customer-exclusive mould concept for toilet-gel projects that include visible first-opening evidence in the packaging brief. The opaque single-chamber HDPE bottle combines a modest angled neck, stable oval base, shallow side grip panels and a conventional threaded closure with a breakaway-ring concept. Tamper-evident describes the intended packaging architecture, not a completed certification or guarantee. Neck finish, ring bridges, opening torque, squeeze and flow behaviour, line handling, transport performance, finished classification, formula-pack compatibility and market instructions must be engineered and validated for the final project. Separate tooling, prototypes, filling trials, engineering validation and tooling fees are required, with a typical MOQ of 20,000+ units; the image is illustrative and does not represent stock packaging.
Private-mould concept
This image is an EPHYON design concept, not an existing stock bottle. A new customer-exclusive mould, engineering validation and separate tooling scope are required before production.
