Private-Mould Side-Squeeze Toilet Gel Bottle 750 ml
A realistic 750 ml customer-exclusive mould concept for toilet-gel projects that place controlled hand contact and squeeze evaluation in the packaging brief. The opaque single-chamber HDPE bottle combines a stable oval base, broad front label panel, modest angled directional neck and two shallow side squeeze panels suited to conventional extrusion blow-mould development. Side squeeze describes the intended pack architecture, not verified grip, dosing, evacuation, coverage or cleaning performance. Panel depth, wall distribution, squeeze force, neck finish, closure seal, line handling, transport performance, finished classification and formula-pack compatibility must be engineered and validated for the final project. Separate tooling, prototypes, filling trials, engineering validation and tooling fees are required, with a typical MOQ of 20,000+ units; the image is illustrative and does not represent stock packaging.
Private-mould concept
This image is an EPHYON design concept, not an existing stock bottle. A new customer-exclusive mould, engineering validation and separate tooling scope are required before production.
