Private-Mould Protective-Overcap Toilet Gel Bottle 800 ml
A realistic 800 ml customer-exclusive mould concept for toilet-gel projects that include a removable protective hood around the angled dispensing closure. The opaque single-chamber HDPE bottle uses a stable oval base, broad label panel and shallow grip ribs, while a separate injection-moulded overcap provides an additional packaging-development component. Protective overcap describes the intended architecture, not verified leak resistance, child resistance or transit performance. Bottle neck finish, closure and overcap retention, removal force, squeeze and flow behaviour, line handling, transport testing, finished classification and formula-pack compatibility must be engineered and validated for the final project. Separate bottle and overcap tooling, prototypes, filling trials, engineering validation and tooling fees are required, with a typical MOQ of 20,000+ units; the image is illustrative and does not represent stock packaging.
Private-mould concept
This image is an EPHYON design concept, not an existing stock bottle. A new customer-exclusive mould, engineering validation and separate tooling scope are required before production.
