Private-Mould Neck-Shield Toilet Gel Bottle 800 ml
A realistic 800 ml customer-exclusive mould concept for toilet-gel projects that include a guarded neck area in the packaging brief. The opaque single-chamber HDPE bottle combines a stable softly rectangular oval base, broad front label panel, modest angled threaded neck, shallow side grip ribs and restrained raised shoulders around the lower neck suited to conventional extrusion blow-mould development. Neck shield describes the packaging-development objective, not verified impact protection, leak resistance, child resistance, transport performance or regulatory compliance. Shield height, wall distribution, neck finish, closure access and torque, squeeze and flow behaviour, filling-line handling, case configuration, finished classification and formula-pack compatibility must be engineered and validated for the final project. Separate tooling, prototypes, line trials, engineering validation and tooling fees are required, with a typical MOQ of 20,000+ units; the image is illustrative and does not represent stock packaging.
Private-mould concept
This image is an EPHYON design concept, not an existing stock bottle. A new customer-exclusive mould, engineering validation and separate tooling scope are required before production.
