Private-Mould Measuring-Cap Toilet Powder Jar 750 g

A realistic 750 g customer-exclusive mould concept for toilet-bowl cleaning powder projects that include a removable measuring cap in the packaging brief. The opaque single-compartment HDPE jar combines a stable softly rectangular footprint, broad front label panel, rounded shoulders and a wide central threaded neck, while the deep ribbed injection-moulded closure is shaped for evaluation as a detachable dose cup. Measuring cap describes the intended packaging architecture, not verified dose accuracy, powder flow, moisture protection, opening force, leak resistance, cleaning performance or user suitability. Jar and cap geometry, nominal volume, optional dose markings, thread fit, sealing system, powder dispensing, moisture-barrier needs, filling-line handling, transport performance, finished classification and formula-pack compatibility must be engineered and validated for the final project. Separate jar and cap tooling, prototypes, line trials, engineering validation and tooling fees are required, with a typical MOQ of 20,000+ units; the image is illustrative and does not represent stock packaging.
