Private-Mould Long-Reach Toilet Gel Bottle 850 ml
A realistic 850 ml customer-exclusive mould concept for toilet-gel projects that place directional under-rim access in the packaging brief. The opaque single-chamber HDPE bottle combines a stable oval base, broad front label panel, shallow side grip ribs and a moderately extended angled neck suited to conventional extrusion blow-moulding development. Long reach describes the intended pack geometry, not verified coverage, evacuation, cleaning performance or user suitability. Neck angle, wall distribution, squeeze force, closure seal, line handling, transport performance, finished classification and formula-pack compatibility must be engineered and validated for the final project. Separate tooling, prototypes, filling trials, engineering validation and tooling fees are required, with a typical MOQ of 20,000+ units; the image is illustrative and does not represent stock packaging.
Private-mould concept
This image is an EPHYON design concept, not an existing stock bottle. A new customer-exclusive mould, engineering validation and separate tooling scope are required before production.
