Private-Mould Inverted Toilet Gel Bottle 700 ml
A realistic 700 ml customer-exclusive mould concept for toilet-gel projects that require a stable cap-down storage and dispensing orientation. The opaque single-chamber HDPE bottle combines a gently tapered body, shallow side grip panels and a broad hinged flip-top closure designed to form the standing base. Inverted describes the intended packaging architecture, not a verified dispensing, evacuation or leak-resistance claim. Neck finish, cap support geometry, seal integrity, opening force, hinge fatigue, squeeze and flow behaviour, line handling, transport performance, finished classification and formula-pack compatibility must be engineered and validated for the final project. Separate tooling, prototypes, filling trials, engineering validation and tooling fees are required, with a typical MOQ of 20,000+ units; the image is illustrative and does not represent stock packaging.
Private-mould concept
This image is an EPHYON design concept, not an existing stock bottle. A new customer-exclusive mould, engineering validation and separate tooling scope are required before production.
