Private-Mould Hinged-Lid Toilet Cleaning Granule Tub 450 g

A private-mould concept for a 450 g toilet-cleaning granule tub with a hinged lid, simple front snap latch and broad flat artwork panel. The rectangular PP body has rounded corners and a stable low base; conventional injection-moulded body and lid components form one compartment. This customer-exclusive mould route is intended for brands developing a granulated toilet-bowl cleaner and requires separate tooling, prototypes, engineering validation, filling trials and tooling fees. Typical MOQ is 20,000+ units. Granules and the hinged-lid format identify a product-development direction, not demonstrated cleaning performance, moisture protection, dose accuracy or closure security. Particle-size distribution, bulk density, nominal fill, caking behaviour, selected formula, seal design, latch retention, hinge durability and transport performance must be evaluated together. The buyer brief should define the intended dosing method and destination-market classification and labelling before artwork release.
