Private-Mould Hanging-Tab Toilet Gel Bottle 650 mL
A private-mould concept for a 650 mL toilet-gel bottle with a separate neck collar and hanging tab for storage-layout development. The single-compartment blow-moulded HDPE body uses a stable oval base, shallow stepped shoulder, short angled neck and broad front label panel. An injection-moulded collar below the screw closure carries a small tab with a round aperture. This customer-exclusive mould route requires new bottle and collar tooling, prototypes, engineering validation, line trials and separate tooling fees, with a typical MOQ of 20,000+ units. The hanging feature is an engineering objective: it does not establish load capacity, storage security, leak resistance or user suitability. Collar retention, tab fatigue, hook fit, full-pack loading, squeeze force, closure torque, gel flow, transport performance and formula-pack compatibility must be validated for the released design. The buyer brief should specify storage conditions, intended users, nominal fill and the chosen gel formulation. The image is illustrative and does not represent stock packaging.
Private-mould concept
This image is an EPHYON design concept, not an existing stock bottle. A new customer-exclusive mould, engineering validation and separate tooling scope are required before production.
