Private-Mould Graduated Toilet Cleaner Bottle 750 mL
A private-mould concept for a 750 mL toilet-cleaner bottle with raised graduation lines moulded into one side wall. The single-compartment translucent HDPE body uses a stable oval base, gently tapered profile, short angled neck, conventional screw closure and broad uninterrupted front label panel. This customer-exclusive mould route requires separate bottle tooling, prototypes, engineering validation, filling trials and tooling fees, with a typical MOQ of 20,000+ units. The graduation lines are an engineering feature to evaluate, not proof of calibrated volume, accurate dosing, cleaning performance or user suitability. Mark positions, moulding variation, bottle deformation, liquid visibility, reading orientation and the relationship between nominal fill and marked volume need validation before any measurement claim. Resin selection, light-exposure needs, closure fit, squeeze behaviour, transport performance, finished classification and formula-pack compatibility must also be reviewed for the selected formula. The buyer brief should define whether the marks serve a visual reference or a substantiated measurement purpose. The image is illustrative and does not represent stock packaging.
Private-mould concept
This image is an EPHYON design concept, not an existing stock bottle. A new customer-exclusive mould, engineering validation and separate tooling scope are required before production.
