Private-Mould Curved-Back Toilet Gel Bottle 700 ml
A realistic 700 ml customer-exclusive mould concept for toilet-gel projects that include rear-hand contact and pack handling in the packaging brief. The opaque single-chamber HDPE bottle combines a stable oval base, broad front label panel, low rounded shoulders, a conventional threaded neck, a gently curved rear profile and restrained rear-side grip ribs suited to extrusion blow-mould development. Curved back describes the intended packaging geometry, not verified grip, squeeze, dosing, evacuation, cleaning performance or user suitability. Final curvature, wall distribution, squeeze force, neck finish, closure seal, filling-line behaviour, transport performance, finished classification and formula-pack compatibility must be engineered and validated for the project. Separate tooling, prototypes, line trials, engineering validation and tooling fees are required, with a typical MOQ of 20,000+ units; the image is illustrative and does not represent stock packaging.
Private-mould concept
This image is an EPHYON design concept, not an existing stock bottle. A new customer-exclusive mould, engineering validation and separate tooling scope are required before production.
