Private-Mould Controlled-Flow Toilet Gel Bottle 800 ml

A realistic 800 ml customer-exclusive mould concept for toilet-gel projects in which filling, squeeze force, nozzle flow and surface distribution are defined through a project-specific rheology brief. The opaque single-chamber HDPE body uses a conventional short angled neck, threaded closure, stable softly rectangular oval base, recessed label panel and shallow rear-side grip ribs suited to extrusion blow-moulding development. Controlled flow is a development target, not a verified performance claim. Separate tooling, engineering validation, prototypes, line trials, formula-pack testing and a typical MOQ of 20,000+ units are required; the image does not represent stock packaging.
