Private-Mould Composting-Toilet Bowl Cleaning Foam 250 mL
A customer-exclusive private-mould concept for a compact 250 mL composting-toilet bowl cleaning foam project. The proposed single-compartment HDPE bottle has a stable flat base, broad label face and conventional sourced foamer with a protective cap; it is an engineering concept, not an available stock pack. The brief is limited to accessible external bowl surfaces and does not include compost media, the treatment chamber or internal system. No compatibility with a composting process or component is assumed. A non-acid foaming surfactant is a formulation direction for evaluation, not evidence of cleaning performance or compatibility. The final formula and directions must be assessed against the specific bowl material, seals, finish, system instructions, foam output, residue, storage stability, filling and transport requirements, and finished-product classification. Separate bottle tooling, prototypes, pump and cap review, engineering validation and tooling fees are required; typical MOQ is 20,000+ units. Do not mix toilet-care products; acidic and sodium-hypochlorite systems must never be mixed. The image shows a private-mould concept and does not represent stock packaging.
Private-mould concept
This image is an EPHYON design concept, not an existing stock bottle. A new customer-exclusive mould, engineering validation and separate tooling scope are required before production.
