Private-Mould Compact-Shelf Toilet Gel Bottle 650 ml

A realistic 650 ml customer-exclusive mould concept for toilet-gel projects that include retail shelf depth and case configuration in the packaging brief. The opaque single-chamber HDPE bottle combines a stable shallow oval footprint, low rounded shoulders, broad front label panel, short angled neck and restrained rear-side grip ribs suited to conventional extrusion blow-mould development. Compact shelf describes the intended packaging architecture, not verified shelf efficiency, case count, grip, dispensing, cleaning performance or retailer acceptance. Final dimensions, wall distribution, top load, squeeze force, closure seal, filling-line behaviour, transport performance, finished classification and formula-pack compatibility must be engineered and validated for the project. Separate tooling, prototypes, line trials, engineering validation and tooling fees are required, with a typical MOQ of 20,000+ units; the image is illustrative and does not represent stock packaging.
