Private-Mould Compact Hospitality Toilet Bowl Cleaner 250 mL
A customer-exclusive private-mould concept for a compact 250 mL toilet bowl cleaner bottle intended for a defined hospitality washroom brief. The proposed single-compartment HDPE body has a stable flat base, conventional angled dispensing neck, screw closure and broad front label panel; it is an engineering concept, not an available stock pack. The nominal capacity is a package-development reference, not a validated dose or usage claim. Tooling, prototype trials, filling-line review, engineering validation and tooling fees are required, with a typical MOQ of 20,000+ units. Bottle wall distribution, closure fit, label adhesion, filling behaviour, transport performance, finished-product classification and formula-pack compatibility must be tested for the selected formula and market. Buyers should define the intended housekeeping workflow, pack dimensions, formula direction and local label requirements before approving the design.
Private-mould concept
This image is an EPHYON design concept, not an existing stock bottle. A new customer-exclusive mould, engineering validation and separate tooling scope are required before production.
