Private-Mould Captive-Cap Toilet Gel Bottle 750 ml
A realistic 750 ml customer-exclusive mould concept for toilet-gel projects that include an attached closure in the packaging brief. The opaque single-chamber HDPE bottle combines a stable oval base, broad front label panel, modest angled neck and shallow side grip ribs, while the conventional threaded cap includes a short flexible tether intended to keep it connected to the neck ring after opening. Captive cap describes the packaging-development objective, not verified retention, usability, leak resistance, child resistance, regulatory compliance or environmental performance. Bottle and closure geometry, tether fatigue, opening and closing torque, seal integrity, squeeze and flow behaviour, line handling, transport performance, finished classification and formula-pack compatibility must be engineered and validated for the final project. Separate bottle and closure tooling, prototypes, line trials, engineering validation and tooling fees are required, with a typical MOQ of 20,000+ units; the image is illustrative and does not represent stock packaging.
Private-mould concept
This image is an EPHYON design concept, not an existing stock bottle. A new customer-exclusive mould, engineering validation and separate tooling scope are required before production.
