Gluconic-Acid Toilet Bowl Liquid 600 g
An existing 600 g directional bottle route for gluconic-acid toilet-bowl liquid development within the current production system. The named organic acid is a formulation direction for a defined toilet-care brief, rather than evidence of finished-product cleaning performance, deposit removal or material suitability. Development starts with the intended bowl surface, deposit profile, application routine and destination market, then evaluates the selected composition, acid level, liquid flow, rinse behaviour, fragrance preference, storage stability and finished classification. The red HDPE bottle and white screw closure provide a conventional filling route and broad front artwork panel. Bottle resin, closure, label adhesion, transport performance and formula-pack compatibility require project testing. Typical MOQ is 1,000–3,000 units; no new bottle mould is required for this existing production-system pack, subject to component inventory and formula compatibility confirmation. Acidic and sodium-hypochlorite toilet-cleaner routes are separate projects and must never be mixed.
Existing production-system pack
This route uses a pack already within the current production system. No new bottle mould is required; current component quantity and compatibility are confirmed with the brief.
